Het West-Indisch Huis is a stunning venue in the heart of Amsterdam. This iconic, freestanding building on the lively Haarlemmerstraat has a rich history dating back to the seventeenth century.
With its romantic courtyard and three spacious, elegant rooms, it’s the ideal setting for any occasion. From an intimate dinner or unforgettable wedding to an inspiring corporate event, a relaxed drinks reception or a fully catered celebration — at Het West-Indisch Huis, we create moments that linger.
The building also houses Café Nieuw Amsterdam, a modern bistro with a refined menu and excellent wines. It’s the perfect spot for brunch, lunch, drinks or an elaborate dinner, any time of day.
